1. Store Identification
This website belongs to Marbella, an online store dedicated to selling women's clothing and accessories.
Use of this website, as well as placing any order, implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user.
For legal purposes, the entity responsible for commercial operation shall be identified with the following data:

2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern navigation on the website, as well as purchase and sale transactions carried out through the Marbella online store.
Marbella reserves the right to alter, update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, with the conditions in effect at the time of the order being those applicable to the order data.
3. Products
Marbella sells women's clothing and accessories, striving to present information, images and characteristics as accurately as possible.
However, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or detail depending on the device used by the customer or the product's own characteristics.
Product availability is subject to stock.
4. Prices
All prices shown are in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal, unless otherwise indicated.
Marbella reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, with the price shown at the time of order confirmation remaining valid.
Shipping costs are indicated before checkout.
5. Purchase Process
Placing an order involves:
selection of desired items;
filling in billing and delivery information;
choosing a payment method;
final order confirmation.
After payment confirmation, the customer will receive an email with the purchase details.
6. Payments
Marbella provides the payment methods indicated at checkout.
The order will only be processed after effective payment confirmation. In case of payment failure or refusal, the order will be automatically canceled.
7. Deliveries
Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.
Average delivery times may vary depending on the destination, transport, and periods of higher logistical volume.
Marbella is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, incorrectly listed addresses, or external force majeure events.
8. Exchanges and Returns
The customer has 30 days after receiving the order to request an exchange or return.
Items must be:
without tags;
with intact tags;
in perfect condition;
accompanied by the original packaging.
Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns at the customer's option are the customer's responsibility.
In case of defect or error attributable to Marbella, the costs will be borne by the store.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the minimum legal period of 14 days.
Marbella commercially grants an extended period of 30 days.
10. Excludes
Returns will not be accepted for items that are:
shown signs of use;
damaged by the customer;
missing labels;
altered from their original condition.
11. Liability
Marbella cannot be held liable for damages resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, technical failures, or temporary unavailability of the website.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, design, graphic identity, and visual content, are the property of Marbella or used with legal authorization.
Any reproduction, use, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
13. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Portuguese legislation.
The data collected is exclusively intended for order processing, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the customer may resort to a legally competent alternative dispute resolution entity in Portugal.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
